Pri čemer se zavedamo, da je merjenje zadovoljstva le en element med kazalci uspešnosti in kakovosti organizacije. Osrednjega pomena za zaupanje uporabnikov je nedvomno kakovost gradiv. V primeru statističnih rezultatov, še posebej v primerih, ko se statistike uporabljajo v procesih odločanja, je kakovost podatkov osnova za veljavnost znanstvenih ugotovitev. Ko danes govorimo o kakovosti storitev v organizaciji, pa nimamo več v mislih zgolj kakovosti pripravljenih gradiv in izdelkov, ampak tudi kakovost celotnega delovnega procesa, kamor spadajo učinkovitost, usposobljenost in motivacija zaposlenih ter kakovost ponujenih storitev. S kakovostjo se srečujemo na vseh ravneh delovanja organizacije. Posameznih vidikov kakovosti nikakor ne smemo obravnavati ločeno, saj si sledijo in so med seboj povezani. Z vsemi korakih delovanja organizacije pa so povezani tudi stroški in naloga menedžmenta je upravljati celostno obvladanje kakovosti ter najti pravo ravnovesje med kakovostjo in stroški."],"en":["Objective of the study is to survey users’ satisfaction with the services of ADP (Slovenian Social Science Data Archives) and to put forward recommendations for improvements. We are aware that user satisfaction is only one possible performance indicator for assessing the quality of organizations. When designing the measurement instrument we modelled ourselves on previous surveys among similar organizations abroad, as well as user satisfaction surveys conducted in libraries and statistical organizations. Quality of offered materials and well as services does influence the trust of users. Quality is important at all steps in the workflow of the organization. Hkrati s temi podatki se o študentu vodijo različne zbirke izobraževalnih podatkov v elektronski obliki in tudi ankete so vse pogosteje implementirane v spletnem okolju. Analiziranje in rudarjenje izobraževalnih podatkov zbranih v različnih podatkovnih zbirkah z namenom razumeti proces učenja in izluščiti informacije, ki bi pomagale pri tehtnih odločitvah za izboljšanje izobraževalnega procesa, predstavlja znanstveno področje poimenovano učna analitika. Namen raziskave na področju izobraževalnih podatkov je bilo izboljšati razumevanje procesa učenja v kombiniranem učenju v visokošolskem izobraževanju s ciljem opredeliti faktorje, ki pomembno vplivajo na delo študenta v spletni učilnici, in med aktivnostmi določiti tiste, ki jih lahko povežemo s končno uspešnostjo. V empiričnem delu sta predstavljena dva pogosta pristopa učne analitike opravljena s prosto dostopnimi programskimi orodji, pri čemer izračuni temeljijo na raznovrstnih podatkovnih zbirkah študentov Fakultete za upravo. It combines traditional face-to-face teaching and online learning that typically takes place in learning management systems which store all student interactions with the system in their log files. In addition to this data, education institutions store various electronic student datasets and survey responses. Learning analytics involves collection, analysis and mining of education data to better understand the learning process and obtain information that can inform decision-making with regard to enhancing student success. The purpose of the research is to improve the understanding of the blended learning process in higher education with the aim of identifying the factors that significantly influence student work in the online classroom, and determining activities that are most associated with student final performance. The empirical part presents two frequent learning analytics approaches carried out with open source software. The calculations were based on education data from various sources of the Faculty of Public Administration. V kontekstu vsakega cilja je bilo oblikovanih  več raziskovalnih vprašanj. V zvezi z učitelji: Kako so učitelji doživljali izobraževanje na daljavo v primerjavi s poukom v razredu, kako so organizirali in izvajali pouk na daljavo s pomočjo digitalne tehnologije, kako so prilagajali učne cilje in vsebine, katere didaktične pristope in strategije so uporabljali pri izobraževanju na daljavo itd. Determining the prevailing views and practices of distance learning among Slovenian teachers at different levels of education during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, and their perception of cooperation in school collectives. 2. Determining the students’ experiences with distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. Determining how the principals of Slovenian primary and secondary schools implemented pedagogical leadership during distance learning. In the context of each objective, we formulated several research questions. Regarding teachers, among other things: How did the teachers experience distance learning in comparison to classroom lessons, how did they organize and implement distance learning using digital technology, how did they adapt the learning objectives and lesson contents, which didactic approaches and strategies did they use during distance learning, etc. The following research questions were formed with regard to the students: How did primary and secondary school students experience and perceive distance learning, which psychological challenges did they encounter during lessons, and how were they graded? Vključuje analizo virov informacij in demografske spremenljivke."],"en":["The present study provides a snapshot of Slovene perceptions in a historically unique point of time – the early days of the COVID-19 related lockdown. Based on an online survey performed in March and April 2020 the study provides first insights into Slovene perceived threats of COVID-19 on two dimensions: severity and susceptibility; how this depends on their demography and past travel experience and what, in this specific point in time, they think about future travel avoidance. Furthermore, the research follows the approaches to so-called fear appeals and analyses the mechanisms of response to the threat: avoiding thinking about the threat and denying the existence of a threat.
